Hello, my name is Susanna. I am a mother and wife with a passion for fitness and martial arts. Well, honestly, it's not just a passion for me, its a way of life. Fitness is a journey for everyone, and mine has certainly had its ups and downs. Through training I have learned that everyone has a warrior within. I started Kappi Creations with the intent to motivate the warrior mindset that lies in each of us, and to inspire the courage it takes to get there.
